The Role:
Our Aged Care division has reached an exciting phase in its growth and is now seeking an experienced Aged Care Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent team.
This role involves managing the permanent recruitment of various positions with Residential Aged Care Facilities, including both Clinical and Non-Clinical Staffing.
We are looking for someone with experience in the sector who is keen to join a warm desk with an excellent industry reputation, possessing the drive and ability to continue building on our existing relationships and make the desk their own.

- A competitive salary of up to $100,000 base + 11.5% superannuation + commission structures of up to 50%

Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in Aged Care Recruitment within Australia
- An entrepreneurial and autonomously driven individual
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build ongoing client and candidate relationships

Estimated Salary: Up to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
