About the role

Join the dynamic team at DM Beauty Salon as a full-time Hairdresser in our Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217 studio. In this diverse and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our valued clients, helping them to look and feel their best.

What you'll be doing

Providing a full range of hair cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services to clients

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon

Ensuring all equipment and products are well-stocked and properly maintained

Engaging with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences

Offering personalised hair care advice and recommendations

Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

What we're looking for

Relevant qualification in hairdressing or a comparable field

Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser

Strong technical hairdressing skills and an eye for detail

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continued learning

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
