About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at DM Beauty Salon in Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus superannuation and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional hair services to clients, including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon
  • Ensure all equipment and products are well-stocked and properly maintained
  • Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
  • Offer personalized hair care advice and recommendations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in hairdressing or a comparable field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser
  • Strong technical hairdressing skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Possession of a valid working with children check and first aid certificate
