Client Services Consultants - Insurance Services

  • 12 Month Contract - Located in heart Toowoomba
  • Pay: $34.58 per hour + super
  • Make a difference with one of Australia's leading rural insurers

Position Overview:

We are thrilled to announce multiple openings for Client Service Consultants on a 12-month contract in Toowoomba. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both internal and external customers across various insurance products, while providing top-tier customer service and making a difference in the local communities.

Desirable attributes:

  • Proficient in navigating various systems and platforms simultaneously with confidence
  • Capable of decision-making while adhering to business guidelines and processes
  • Strong skills in building rapport, active listening, and communication
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently, exercise initiative, and maintain attention to detail
  • Resilient in handling challenges and adapting to changing situations
  • Familiarity with underwriting and product knowledge (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of the general insurance industry (preferred but not required)

Minimum requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience within a similar role.
