Situated in the Inner Suburbs, a leader within the world of mutual banks, our client is searching for an experience IT Support Analyst to join their team in a temporary capacity.

  • Location: Office based, with one optional day working from home 
  • Working days: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date: Mid-December, but may be required again for January

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality day-to-day technology services and support to a business of approximately 250 people.
The team of 3 pride themselves on providing an exceptional user experience so are seeking a temp with solid experience to compliment this.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Resolving Incidents, problems and requests via a ticketing system
  • Building, configuring and maintaining end user equipment
  • Managing software asset inventory 
  • Administering Active Directory Users
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network problems
  • Assist with application support and database maintenance operations 
  • Perform periodic maintenance of systems 
  • Contribute to projects if requested
  • Other duties as reasonably required

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Solid  experience in a similar technology support role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 applications and licencing
  • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong customer service skills and an analytical mind
  • Ability to prioritise and adjust based on business needs
