Milestone IT is working with a healthcare client who is currently seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Payroll Test Analyst to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
As an SAP Payroll Test Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

- ** Test Script Development**:

- Develop, execute, and review quality test scripts for solution, integration, and UAT testing phases based on business processes, requirements, and integrations.
- Ensure that test scripts are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.
- ** Testing Phases**:

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of SAP Payroll solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
- ** Requirements Analysis**:

- Analyze business processes, requirements, and integrations to design effective test scenarios and scripts.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and validate business requirements.
- ** Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with SAP development and implementation teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Payroll solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss testing strategies, timelines, and project milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Test Analyst.
- Strong expertise in developing, executing, and reviewing test scripts for solution, integration, and UAT testing phases.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll processes and configurations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
