Your Role
You will be part of a team of five beach attendants, assisting our guests and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for them.

Assist guests with the use of all beach sports equipment - hobycats, SUPs, kayaks, catamarans and snorkels Provide instructional lessons for guests with a focus on safety Ensure all supplies are maintained and are in a safe and operable working order Carry out general repairs and maintenance on all equipment Respond to all guest enquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner Administrative duties as required

About You - You are a water baby 

You love the outdoors and are comfortable working outside - rain, hail or shine You have grown up on the water - sailing, surf lifesaving, snorkeling You love customer service and understand risk and risk management You have a manual driver licence (essential) You have a Coxswain grade 3 or higher ticket (essential) You have, or are willing to get, your First Aid Certificate, Advanced Resuscitation and QLD RSA (essential)
