About the Role

The Senior Cost Planner will ensure accurate cost plans / estimates of allocated projects are completed on time, in accordance with required technical standards to provide leadership in the preconstruction phase of the project.

Responsibilities of the role include

Cost plan / estimate project quantities and costs in preparation of major tenders on a timely and cost-effective basis Ensure alignment and relationships are maintained with all Regional Senior Cost Planners / Estimators Mentor and develop skills of staff to ensure high standards of technical performance including training Lead and coordinate benchmarking efforts Exhibit outstanding leadership in health, safety, environmental and risk management, compliance and auditing

What we are looking for;

Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying and/or Project/Construction Management Significant experience in construction cost planning, tendering or project delivery Multi-disciplinary estimating experience Advanced financial management skills
