Join a rapidly growing Skin care and Healthy supplements distribution company based in Sydney, who is seeking a passionate Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be required to lead the sales and marketing team to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the value proposition of our services, drive sales, and maintain strong customer and public relations, create, and reinforce “brand image”.  

Responsibilities:

·       Developing and leading the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets and devise effective sales strategies to boost business revenue.

·       Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients through regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

·       Conducting visits to key client locations to present our products/services and introduce new offerings, fostering client engagement and loyalty.

·       Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales and marketing plans, aligning actions with overarching business objectives.

·       Overseeing and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they resonate with the target audience and yield desired results.

·       Directing the sales department in the creation of compelling tender documents and customer proposals, ensuring accuracy and persuasiveness.

·       Facilitating seamless coordination between the sales and marketing departments, fostering a cohesive team environment conducive to achieving optimal sales outcomes.

Qualification Requirement:

Bachelor Degree or High in relevant major or at least 5 years’ experience closely related experiences.

Skills requirement:

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·       Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

·       Excellent relationship-building skills.

·       Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience in FMCG industry.

·       Knowledge of skin care products and/or Healthy supplements.

·       Sound knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.

·       Ability to meet sales targets.

·       A data-led approach.

·       Professional and friendly demeanour.
