About the role:
Senior Product Manager
Join our team as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll take charge of leading and executing initiatives such as customer persona analysis, opportunity assessment, customer feedback analysis, and competitor analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally to craft product strategies, vision, and roadmaps rooted in market insights. You'll also define go-to-market strategies, oversee execution, conduct alpha/beta testing, and support efforts to boost product adoption through sales enablement and communication tactics.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Take ownership of quantitative and qualitative initiatives to align products with market needs.
- Drive the development of product strategy and vision, measuring success through market insights.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies; design and lead alpha/beta testing for continuous improvement.
- Champion sales enablement tactics to drive product adoption and measure performance metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer experience and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with all project stakeholders, such as redesign and technology teams, to deliver innovative product enhancements.
- Conduct dynamic product demos to retailers(users) and develop relationships in key clients, conduct market and competitor research, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of successful experience in product strategy and digital product delivery, with a bonus for e-commerce expertise.
- Strong understanding of product tools, end-to-end product lifecycle, and practices, emphasizing quality and timely delivery.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills, adept at collaborating with teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in storytelling and crafting customer-oriented communications.
- Rapid learning ability, self-motivation, and good judgment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum, LEAN, and Kanban.
- Strong business acumen and technical background in UX and software development, with experience in UX/UI prototyping as a plus.
- Analytical mindset with data analysis skills, including experience with SQL database and data structure.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data analysis tools.
- Ideally, experience with B2B retail platform products.
