About the team

Our Digital & Technology Advisory division in Melbourne partner with our clients to help them bridge their business to modern technologies to improve their operations.  

Current opportunity

Our Melbourne office is looking to appoint a highly motivated and high-calibre Senior Manager to join our Digital & Technology Advisory team. You'll help clients across a variety of sectors create value through digital and technology and spearhead digital transformations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements focused on digital and technology strategy, design and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with BDO clients, ensuring that engagements are successful, and clients are satisfied with the work performed.
  • Oversee teams of consultants to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected level of quality.
  • Work closely with other senior leaders to develop new business opportunities and drive business growth and development in the sector.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership to the team and our clients.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior consultants, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their careers.
  • Support the development and lead Go to Market Plans, and supporting artefacts, for Digital and Technology capabilities.
  • Manage client accounts identifying and pursuing additional BDO services.
  • Lead the development of tender responses/proposals.

What you’ll need to succeed

Our ideal candidate has a diverse skills set across digital & technology solution analysis and delivery.  You should preferrably have a background in Digital Transformation / Digital & Technology Architechture definition / and/or Cyber & Information Security Standards.

  • Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required
