We have an exciting opportunityfor two Base and Stores Coordinators to join our dynamic growing team.

If you have experience inLogistics and Procurement, we want to hear from you. You will be responsiblefor base coordination duties and ensuring high accuracy of inventory and readilyavailable consumables to achieve impeccable compliance standards.

Reporting to the Base Manager andSupply Officer Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Darwinbase and the Company as a whole.

Responsibilities of the roleinclude:

Controland administration of the store, inventory, and logistics activities for base. Sharemanagement of processing and monitoring repairs for rotable parts and componentswith CPU members and PHI Americas. Ensurethe Quarantine Stores are kept off limits and secure from unauthorizedpersonnel and all dangerous goods are stored and handled appropriately. Maintainappropriate stock levels by continuously monitoring minimum and maximum levelsin consultation with the Supply and Purchasing Manager. Actionparts requisitions from all Engineering and Service Centre locations,facilitate base to base transfers and track part shipments. Review,monitor and action reports for expired parts and tooling calibration for thebase on first working day of each month. ConductInwards Goods and Acceptance of all inventories (aeronautical andnon-aviation), receipt and dispatch of parts, forward or file of release andinvoice documentation and record inventory movements in and out of our MSP(Maintenance Software Program) system. Preparationof documentation and packaging for Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments for both baseand offshore helicopter flights. Scheduleand conduct PHI inductions for new personnel to the base, visitors andcontractors and monitor access to airside in accordance with the BroomeInternational Airport procedures. Maintainstaff recency information in Air Maestro. Arrangeonsite accommodation for touring crew and visitors by liaising with theaccommodation provider for bookings and maintenance issues. Ensurethat any reported defects are attended to efficiently and arrange forquotations, schedule repairs, and maintain records of all scheduled and completedmaintenance.

To be considered for this role,you will need:

Holda valid ASIC for airside access in Australia. Demonstratedexperience in Logistics and Procurement (Aviation experience desirable). Ableto interpret technical data and experience using computerised inventorymanagement systems. Stronggeneral computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Excellentcommunication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships. Ableto manage time effectively, prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Well-developedsense of interpersonal skills with a methodical and conscientious approach towork. Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite. Excellentattention to detail with the ability to multitask and function in a highpressure working environment. Holdvalid Australian working rights.
