We are seeking a dynamic Delivery Manager to lead our AI Ops Team. This role involves strategic project management, leadership, and coordination of AI initiatives across ReadyTech. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing technical challenges with business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and align with our strategic goals

 Using your expertise, you will assist with scope requirements, field design documentation, and change request testing. You will also act as an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritise customer requirements to other areas of the business. A focal point of your role involves optimising overall efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.

Project Coordination and Delivery: Responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of all emerging tech projects. This includes setting project timelines, allocating resources, managing project budgets, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership. This includes regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring that stakeholder expectations are met and aligned with project goals.

Team Leadership and Performance: Responsible for leading and mentoring the Emerging Tech Team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This includes setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing support and development opportunities to team members to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

The key responsibilities of the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (including design, engineering and product) within the
  • centralized AI function to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, reporting on progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the identification and prioritization of AI opportunities across product teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate will have these:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their business application.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Proven experience in delivery management within a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience working on technology design and innovation initiatives
  • Experience managing technical teams.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
