We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Southport, QLD. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a passion for technology, and the ability to work closely with customers to ensure their success. This is a predominantly customer-site-based role, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, remote assistance and incident resolution for customers via phone and other communication methods.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and offer hands-on support to resolve technical issues.
  • Travel to various customer sites as required to deliver onsite support.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Blue Card holder. OR the ability to get one.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to team and customer success.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner and deliver excellent remote support.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency with Windows laptops (hardware/software), IP telephony, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic understanding of network and cloud technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes.
  • Prior experience in a Service Desk or Field Services role.
