We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Business Development Associate to kick start their career with a leading IT company, where you will gain invaluable experience and develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This is unique opportunity to work under the wing of one Sydney's best sales leader/COO.

As a Graduate Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Information Technology/Cyber, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the information technology industry and a desire to pursue a career in business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
