Fuse Recruitment are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to work day shift for our Manufacturing client in Granville.

The Company
Our client is a Australian‐owned multinational print management, technology, and logistics company across Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and USA. Due to high demand they are currently looking for counterbalance forklift operators to join their warehouse on day shift.

Shift times:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm

Duties and responsibilities

  • Counter balance forklift to load and unload truck
  • Driving gas and electric forklift and using clamps
  • Picking and packaging finished goods
  • Pallet wrapping and strapping products
  • Bringing raw materials from production to the warehouse 
  • Manage and check documentations in the warehouse using computer and paperwork
  • Must follow strict WHS policy and procedures on site 
  • Manual handling duties up to 20kg

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience working in warehousing and logistics 
  • Must be committed to working the full time hours on day shift
  • Must have experience operating counterbalance forklift
  • Experience picking and packing, putaways and palletising
  • Experience loading and unladong trucks, B-doubles and semi traliers 
  • Must have an LF forklift license
  • Follow strict WHS procedures on site 
  • A positive attitude with attention to details
  • Must be reliable and responsible at all times
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
