About the role

:

An opportunity is available in the CareHub Project Team for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse looking for a short-term secondment as a Project Officer.

This is a fixed-term (full-time) contract ending June 2024.

This exciting internal opportunity will see you involved in completing the implementation of our new care and clinical system - CareHub

About the team:

Working closely with the Implementation Manager, you will be part of a dynamic project team assisting with project administration, data migration, staff training, go-live support, post-implementation auditing and systems monitoring.

About you:

To be considered, you will bring:
• Ability to learn and adopt new technology system or be a current CareHub user
• Experience in delivering staff training and supporting staff to learn on the job
• Ability to be away from home up to a week at a time during a site implementation
• Commitment to a fixed-term (full-time) contract, until June 2024
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet and respond positively to change and challenges
• A valid driver’s licence and commitment to travel over the duration of the project to support implementation across NSW and ACT
