Education Support Trainer and Assessor

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in the education sector in government, public, or private institutions.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in Education and/or Education Support.
  • Possess a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate relevant to the content, academic level, and industry experience relevant to Certificate III in School-based Education Support.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with Design and Develop Assessment Tools (TAEASS502) and Address Adult Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLLN4111) or (TAELLN401A).
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current industry practices and procedures, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the Community Services Industry.
