About the Position 

One Stop Training are seeking an experienced MHE and accredited HRW (High Risk Work) Trainer and Assessor to provide training and assessment services in MHE equipment, Forklift and or Order pickers at our facilities in SEQ and at our client’s premises. This position is open for applicants looking for full time/part time/or contract work.

You will deliver High Risk Work Licence Training and Assessment as well as accredited and non-accredited training for a range of courses such as Electric Pallet Jacks, Walkie Stackers and High-reach Forklifts. The successful applicant will also be given the opportunity to undertake further training and coaching in products which include, but are not limited to:

  • Container Handling Forklifts  
  • Reach Stackers 
  • Scissor Lifts 
  • Confined Space Entry 
  • Working at Heights

One Stop Group was established in 2004, and became a Registered Training Organisation (31737) in 2008.   • Must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or; TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: 
    • either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and 
    • either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B 
    • Or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education 
  • Hold the relevant HRW licence class (LF) and or (LO) and hold current Assessors Accreditation with WorkSafe Queensland to administer and facilitate Forklift HRW assessments
  • Must have an up-to-date skills matrix including industry currency and professional development log, or willing to put one together
  • Experience conducting verification of competency assessments
  • Experience providing instruction on the use of electric pallet jacks and walk behind stackers
  • Experience in delivery of warehousing and supply chain qualifications also preferable but not critical to role
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
