You are:

  • A match maker: quickly understanding candidate skills and style to support the end-to-end recruitment of consulting and corporate roles for Nous and NousCubane globally
  • A relationship builder: partnering with stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice
  • Driven by a sense of urgency: you understand that timing is critical, you thrive in fast-paced environments delivering a premium service

And the practical experience..

  • Proven in-house or agency experience in a dynamic recruitment role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple roles with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort utilising technology and recruitment platforms to manage the recruitment process
  • Able to work in highly autonomous and collaborate team environments
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying across industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Previous experience in recruitment of consulting/professional services roles (an asset but not required)
