We are looking for a part-time permanent Bookkeeper/Office Admin Manager for a Dynamic local media company based in Brisbane. 

To be successful in the role as Bookkeeper/Office Admin Manger you will need the following attributes/experience:

  • Prior admin management and bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Xero, Excel and MS office
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience with managing multiple accounts emails between entities.
  • Someone who can work 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week and is prepared to go above and beyond expectations.

Duties include: 

  • Management of office admin function including travel bookings
  • Updating production schedules
  • All book keeping duties including raising sale invoices, reconciliation of bank transactions and payroll processing
  • Debt collection of outstanding debtors through calls and automated statements and demand letters
