The Senior Engineer will also mentor junior team members, manage projects autonomously, and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions, supporting presales activities and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure efficient, high-standard work delivery through effective communication and leveraging past projects, templates, and standards.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering innovation and managing projects independently.
  • Contribute to the improvement of tools, systems, and processes while adhering to HSEQ, design, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate on project budgets and schedules, leading engineering teams on technical requirements.
  • Specify and integrate field process instrumentation, control systems, and apply functional safety standards and CCTV systems for process control.
  • Develop engineering documentation, perform tender bid evaluations, and follow client standards with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and solve problems with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Senior: 5-7 years of experience in CSE and 5 years in a senior project execution role.
    • Lead: 10 years of experience in CSE and 5 years in a senior project execution role.
    • Experience in Renewable & Power companies such as APD, Zenith Energy, Pacific Energy, etc.
    •  Experience with renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Engineering – Recognized by Engineers Australia if obtained internationally.
