We are actively seeking skilled Aluminium Boat Builders for a permanent engagement at our Welshpool facility.

MINPROVISE is a total solutions provider offering specialist services and products supporting the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction industries. This includes the supply of onsite maintenance & repairs,
shutdowns, project services, access services, fabrication, offsite repairs, remedial services and mineral processing equipment & products. At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership
with our clients.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Workshops, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality aluminium boats.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Complete works to a high standard
• Ability to work both day and night shifts.
• Being conscious of health and safety requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Prior experience in Aluminium boat building.
• Prior trailer boat experience.
• Proven experience in Alloy trailer boat fit outs.
• Experience in fit-outs, modifications, and larger boat fit-outs.
  
The ideal candidate needs to be available for a face-to-face interview and a weld test.
