ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking expressions of interest for customer focused andself motivated Beauty Consultants to join our team.

You will be a sales focused individual with a commitment tobuilding a solid client base through customer satisfaction and aproven record or meeting and exceeding sales targets.

In this role, you will:

provide friendly and professional customer service and adviceon a range of health and beauty products.suggest products that meet customers needs and close thesaleexplain how products work & demonstrating how to useproductshave a proven record in meeting and exceeding salestargets.coordinating product launches, special events and/orpromotions. keep up to date with the latest innovations in beautyhave a commitment to building a solid client base be committed to attending regular trainingbe able to operate a cash register & EFTPOS Facilities.manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandisedappropriately

Experience in beauty will ensure your success, along with asuccessful retail work history.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will have previous extensive experience as a BeautyConsultant. Your demonstrable success with sales, promotions andevents will see you succeed in the role.

Experience, skills & attributes:

previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultantoutstanding customer service skillsinventory managementsales, demonstration and up selling experienceindustry knowledgebrand knowledge.cash handling & EFTPOS experienceexcellent communication & interpersonal skillsability to work flexible hourswillingness to supply or undergo a police check prior tocommencement
