About Us
Since 1911, National Pharmacies has been caring for thecommunity providing access and value for our members in thedispensing of quality medications, optical and beauty ranges andthe provision of health services. With our roots firmly planted inSouth Australia we have expanded into the eastern states ofAustralia and celebrate approximately 230,000 members across our 46community pharmacies and 20 optical outlets.
We give back to the communities in which we operate through anumber of sponsorship and support programs. We are the faces behindthe National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant, where we get to walk armin arm with our valued members; support junior sport programs withour involvement with the National Pharmacies SANFL juniors and anumber of local sports sponsorships; support KickStart for Kidswith various fundraising drives, and most recently the 20/20project providing free glasses for members children aged 12 yearsand under.

About The Role...
We have an opportunity for a customer focused and self motivatedCounter Manager to join our team at Cumberland Park working withthe Clinique brand.
You will be a sales focused individual with a commitment tobuilding a solid client base through customer satisfaction and aproven record or meeting and exceeding sales targets.

In this role, you will:
provide friendly and professional customer service and adviceon a range of health and beauty products.suggest products that meet customers needs and close thesaleexplain how products work & demonstrating how to useproductshave a proven record in meeting and exceeding salestargets.coordinate product launches, special events and/or promotions.keep up to date with the latest innovations in beautyhave a commitment to building a solid client base be committed to attending regular trainingbe able to operate a cash register & EFTPOS Facilities.manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandisedappropriatelyWhat Are We Looking For?
You must have previous extensive experience as a BeautyConsultant. Your demonstrable success with sales, promotions andevents will see you succeed in the role.
Experience, skills & attributes:
previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultantoutstanding customer service skillsinventory managementsales, demonstration and up selling experienceindustry knowledgebrand knowledge.cash handling & EFTPOS experienceexcellent communication & interpersonal skillsability to work flexible hourswillingness to supply or undergo a police check prior tocommencementWhat's in it for you
