Laser World Technologies is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. Continued business growth has created an opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in manufacturing or someone wishing to establish a career with the Laser World team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate laser cutting machines
  • Undertake QA checks
  • De-tag and De-bur finished product as required
  • Label and store finished products and pack as required
  • Operate a forklift to load, unload store materials
  • Perform manual loading and unloading of suitable materials
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

This is a permanent full time opportunity working day shift (6am - 2:06pm), Monday to Friday with overtime hours as required by the business.

ABOUT YOU

  • Forklift & Driver's License essential
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A willingness to participate in training - on the job training will be provided to ensure your success
