Tutt Bryant Equipment – QLD Archerfield Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Service Work order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
  • Purchase order and invoice processing.
  • Daily Time Sheet preparation
  • Compile information required for internal & external audits.
  • Workshop Stock Control
  • Assist in other general Service administration tasks.

What would make you successful in this role?

  • Previous experience in a similar Admin role will be a distinct advantage.
  • Invoicing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
