The Role
Overseeing The Bridgeview kitchen, as Sous Chef you will assist in managing the kitchen operation alongside our Head Chef. With a great kitchen fit out and fantastic team, your role will be to lead, mentor and create
The role will involve all of the kitchen operation essentials, including overseeing the day to day service in collaboration with Head Chef, assisting across multiple sections, training and upskilling the brigade, back of house administration, ordering, stock take and menu collaboration.
