ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have an exciting role at our Brisbane DFO Store for our next Part time   Stock Sales Assistant who is ready to ROCK the first impressions that make customers want to come back again and again

The key to your success lies in a personal interest to popular fashion trends that meet customer needs, creating connections that maximise sales and representing our brand with fair and style.

You will also be working with a supportive team that are all striving to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maximize sales and support the management team with stock organization and visual merchandising.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Represent Jay Jays by providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets Cash handling, and processing sales Assist with stock management and processing Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

To succeed in this role, you will: 

Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers Demonstrate a strong customer focus & provide an outstanding customer experience Value integrity and doing things the right way Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment Be ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.
