**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We currently have an exciting role at our **Brisbane** **DFO **store as a **Part Time** Stock Sales Assistant

You will work alongside the Leadership Team to implement the stock processes within the store. You will be responsible for executing the stock administration and inventory control across all stock locations.

During off peak periods, you will contribute to the overall success of the store by delivering sales productivity through great customer connection, personal KPI’s, contributing to the operational responsibilities and meeting behaviour expectations in line with the Culture Framework.

Your time spent on stock duties will range from 50-100% of your hours depending on the time period in store

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Assist with stock management and processing
- Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is inline with the Dotti brand
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets
- Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedure

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Experience in a stock related role within a retail environment
- Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus & provide an outstanding customer experience
- Value integrity and doing things the right way
- Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Be ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems
- Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.
