  • Assist the National Manager Digital Services in developing and growing the Digital Automation business by providing technical expertise and direction as needed
  • Establish credibility as an expert in Ricoh Digital Automation solutions that drives innovation and business outcomes
  • Undertake solution delivery work up to 25% of the time, including solution design/architecture engagement
  • Create, review and approval Statements of Work related to Professional Services engagements
  • Engage management and promote technology strategies and solutions which drive an agile culture
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, career development, training plans and professional development opportunities for direct reports in line with career development plans
  • Manage team's resources and workload forecasting, communicating supply and demand with other stakeholders as required, including scheduling in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager
  • Support the invoicing process, ensuring that all timesheets have been entered, are accurate and approved
  • Provide thought leadership to ensure successful design and implementation of technology strategies that align with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other Solution teams to complete the delivery of solutions as required to meet customer needs.
  • As required, support joint sales pursuits and lead generation activities with the sales teams, working closely to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to the standards of the organisation
  • Monitoring the quality of the services delivered by the team making adjustments as necessary
  • Establish strong relationships with partners to assist with the delivery of solutions as required to meet customer needs

To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience and proven success in developing and managing customer relationships and driving sales results in a related market;
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • In-depth understanding of two or more Digital Automation pillars, which include Document Management, Intelligent Capture, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Accounts Payable Automation, Electronic Forms and Workflow
  • A strong customer centric focus
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and monitoring a team of professionals
  • Excellent organisational skills required
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, but implement tactically
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following products (or a related product) is essential - Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBi, Nintex, Laserfiche, and ABBYY Flexi Capture
