Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Kids Activities Attendant. In this role, you will create and lead engaging activities and programs specifically designed for children staying at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and educational workshops.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participating children by following proper supervision protocols.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and socialize with their peers.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on activities and address any specific needs or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other hotel team members to coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth operation of the kids’ holiday program.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children in day-care, camp, or educational setting preferred.
  • Must hold a blue card recognised by the state of Queensland
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with genuine passion for working with kids.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full availability during school holiday periods, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • CPR and Frist Aid certifications would be highly beneficial
