As an Agile Coach you will empower teams to deliver business outcomes that have an impact and delight members, and continuously find new ways of working to deliver value, increase business agility, uplift engagement, improve delivery flow, and manage uncertainty.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing true leadership to Agile teams with authenticity high energy and enthusiasm to support collaboration, the removal of impediments, self-management and cross functionality, so they deliver business outcomes that have an impact, and delight members and/or staff
  • Leveraging a deep knowledge of Agile methods, acting as an Agile champion, contributing to expanding the understanding and practice of Agile values and principles and promoting the Agile mindset across teams
  • Ensuring transparency, sustainable pace, inspection and adaption principles apply to delivery to support decision making guided by delivery levers and controls
  • Collaborating with teams, sponsors, stakeholders and members to ensure the effective delivery of value aligned to strategic objectives that solve members’ and organisational problems
  • Developing greater team cohesiveness through coaching and supporting Product Owner(s) (or Platform Owners) in helping them understand their role and whatthe team needs from them

What are we looking for in you?

  • Scrum Master certification and foundational Agile Coaching practices is desirable (scrum.org and IC Agile preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in guiding teams through Agile adoption, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and implementing Agile practices within a matrix organisation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively coaching and collaborating with teams, as well as the ability to adapt Agile principles to different organisational contexts
  • An understanding of organisational dynamics, and continuous improvement is also crucial to support teams in their Agile journey and any experience with change management is highly desirable
  • An understanding of product management, software delivery, IT Service Delivery and Service Transition process is desirable
