About the Role

As a experienced Registered Nurse, you’ll help care for our residents’ health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role

IRT Woodlands is located in Meridan Plains (Sunshine Coast). we are looking at casual Registered nurse who can work morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Your work may include:

  • Providing clinical care
  • Managing and supervising care workers
  • Undertaking client assessments
  • Monitoring clients’ care needs, evaluation care plans
  • Providing treatment as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AN-ACC registration
  • Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment (desirable)
