Your opportunity:

Due to an internal move, we currently have a permanent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly and collaborative team Typically, we work in a hybrid environment, working from our new, Fortitude Valley office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the rest of the week, working from home.

You will support the delivery of services across Accounts Payable and Administration functions, handling supplier invoices and payments, reconciling supplier accounts, corporate credit card management and providing timely, professional services to both internal and external customers. You will also contribute to ongoing improvement opportunities that deliver contemporary and seamless transaction services, while ensuring compliance with obligations and financial controls.

About you:

  • Proven ability to provide high-quality administrative support.

  • Experience in managing high volume inbox and meeting KPI’s.

  • Efficiently process large volumes of manual transactions with accuracy and meeting KPI’s.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to liaise effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel & Word).

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Flexible problem-solving and analytical skills; able to identify data trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Effective at managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Experience in processing end to end Accounts Payable for a large organisation and experience with our systems, Ellipse 9 and/or ExpenseMe Pro is highly desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
