Becoming a data driven education institute is a BKI strategic priority and in this newly created role as Manager - Reporting and Analysis, you will play a critical role within the Performance and Reporting team. You will manage a team of up to 3, and shape the overall strategy for leveraging data effectively. This includes identifying strategic opportunities, planning the implementation of BI reporting, data analysis, and advanced analytics, and ensuring the delivery of valuable insights to support decision-making across the organization.

We are excited about you because you have:

  • Demonstrated experience of development and management of strategic BI Reporting including developing and embedding best practice approaches.
  • Extensive expertise in use and maintenance of reporting solutions (ideally PowerBI).
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in scoping, development and delivery of Data Analysis and Data Science on large and complex datasets.
  • Possess a solid applied understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts and methodologies and be proficient in tools such as SQL, Python or R.
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing analytics and reporting team members as part of a broader data and insight function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders and/or stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in agile cross-functional teams.
