About the role:

Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts. Engage with clients and Third Parties throughout the claims process. Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent negotiation and communication skills Conflict resolution expertise with confidence Strong time management skills and multitasking ability Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Knowledge of the insurance claims process (advantageous, not essential) Previous experience in debt collection, paralegal, or insurance (highly regarded)
