About the Role
  
Due to continued growth of the business, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team to work Offshore in Western Australia. This supervisor will be joining a multi-disciplined team working across Industrial Services, Maintenance, Scaffolding, and Rigging scopes. The suitable candidate for this role will possess strong planning, organisation, management, and professional communication skills.
  
Duties will include but not limited to
  

  • Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Plan, monitor, and complete work packs.
  • Ensures work is carried out and inspected as per the specified requirements
  • Resolve day-to-day on-site coordination related issues with the site teams
  • Review performance to identify any inefficiencies or inconsistencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Stakeholders to ensure site requirements are met
  • Liaising with site Superintendents and Managers to report on milestones.

  
Requirements & Experience Needed
  

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor
  • High-Risk Work License holding Advanced Scaffolding
  • Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years).
  • Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years).
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Breathing Apparatus certificate (desirable)
  • Gas Test Atmosphere (desirable)
  • Current Drivers License
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication required
