**The Role**:
You are the accountable leader and responsible for mentoring your scaffold crew members, accountable and the owner of the work scope, accountable for your team whilst mobilized, at work, and in the camp accommodation.

**Requirements**:

- High Risk Work Licence (Advanced Scaffolding ticket)
- Section 26 For Authorised Persons (preferred)
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
- Construction White Card
- First Aid and CPR (preferred)
- Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly skilled in, and familiar with fixed plant maintenance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug test
