About the Role
Our 6-bed Early Parenting Centre has a unique opportunity for a Nurse Unit Manager to lead our specialised department.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of Enrolled, Registered nurses and midwives, assisting with the daily management of 5-night inpatient program for sleep and settling.

Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse / Midwife
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a leadership or management nursing role
- Recent paediatric / infant experience essential
- Post-graduate qualifications not required, but favourable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentorship skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate of $64.48 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

Mitcham Private Hospital is a fully accredited, 121 bed acute medical, surgical, maternity and mental health facility, providing for the healthcare needs of Melbourne’s outer eastern communities. Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
