Join Our Team as a Part-Time Security Officer

We’re seeking motivated and reliable Part-Time Security Officers to join our North Brisbane team, providing essential support for one of our largest and most exciting public transport contracts. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to learn, grow, and make a difference in their community by ensuring the safety and comfort of the public.

Role Requirements:

  • Availability on Friday and Saturday Nights: Full availability on these nights is essential, as they are our busiest times and require a strong team presence.
  • Passion for Safety and Security: We're looking for people who take pride in contributing to a safe and secure environment.
  • A Positive and Professional Attitude: Your role will include interacting with the public, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Valid QLD Security Licence
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Based in the Northside of Brisbane
  • Drivers Licence
  • Flexible with Availability - must be able to commit to Friday and Saturday nights
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to observe and report

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Patrols
  • Incident response
  • First aid response
  • Customer service
  • Liaising with and providing assistance to external stakeholders such as emergency services
