Are you looking to advance your receptionist career? 

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Albury office This is an onsite, permanent, part-time opportunity with a chance to develop and grow your career. The role is Tuesday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. 

What will your typical week look like? 

  • Perform front of house duties such as providing efficient customer services to staff and clients, answering phone calls, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
  • Support office operations including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers / service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.

Let’s talk about you 

  • You have experience working in a Reception or Frontline position. 
  • Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
  • You have a proactive and team-player based attitude focused on delivering quality services to clients.
