About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Albury office on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to staff and clients, managing front-of-house duties, and supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient customer service to staff and clients, including answering phone calls and managing mail.
  • Support office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers/service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a Reception or Frontline position.
  • Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Highly skilled in prioritizing and coordinating tasks.
  • A proactive and team-player based attitude focused on delivering quality services to clients.
