Your Role: As the first point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients and their pets with a warm, reassuring smile.
• Managing appointment schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Processing payments and managing patient records with attention to detail.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (veterinary clinic experience is a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with animals and people.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and data management.
