About the Role:
We are now looking for a Mercedes-Benz Workshop Controller to join the team atArtarmon.
What we are looking for:
Outstanding level of accuracy to achieve departmentalgoalsStrong leadership skills demonstrated by positive attitude &drivePrevious experience with the brand preferred but notessentialAutomotive trade qualification preferredUnderstanding of how this role directly impact customer serviceresultsExperience in Service Department KPIsGreat time management skillsCurrent Manual Drivers LicenceWhat the role entails:
Leading a team of qualified Technicians and Apprentices tooptimise service delivery for our customersEnsuring all work is carried out to meet manufacturerbenchmarks (fix it right first time)Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintainedAssisting in setting and obtaining service sales & profitobjectivesControlling workshop activity to ensure profitability ismaximisedWhat we offer:
