The Bus Driver t will be a staff member working as directed by transportation section, as required. The Transport specialist will provide efficient transportation distribution services to employees, and business travelers.

You will be required to provide timely advice to management on all issues to local transportation support and liaise with a range of stakeholders on a daily basis through the course of their daily duties.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Operate assigned transportation assets in a safe manner in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide a safe, dynamic and well-rounded experience for the customers every day.
  • Utilize all material handling equipment is a safe and consistent manner
  • Prepare loads for transportation within regulatory guidance
  • Conduct basic Pre-Inspections of vehicles ensure vehicle are road worthy. Report any and all faults to transport supervisor. Carry out basic maintenance on vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements
  • Demonstrate positive approach Amentum Ethics and goals
  • Maintain all appropriate licenses and endorsements and do not operate any equipment with an expired or revoked license or endorsement.
  • Maintain vehicles in a clean and presentable condition.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by any member of the team

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Experience in Logistics and Transport Operations including warehouse operations.

Field: Logistics

TICKETS AND LICENCES

  • Driver’s License HR with “H” Minimum
  • Forklift Permit
  • Current Driver’s License.

EXPERIENCE

  • 6 Months experience in Logistics industry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg independently
