What Your Day Might Look Like:

Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations Achieving sales growth and meeting KPI targets for your department Building and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, following our inverted triangle structure Leading by example and effectively communicating management expectations Managing high volume stock Merchandising in line with business standards Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and setups Assisting in recruitment, training, and development of team members Conducting high volume stocktakes and implementing stock integrity initiatives to boost department profitability

What We’re Looking for from You:

Proven retail management experience Preferred experience in high volume or big box stock management An owner's mindset in your leadership style A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals Experience in developing and executing performance plans Resilient problem-solving skills, driven by innovation and time management Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in computer skills First Aid certification, or willingness to be trained at our expense
