A permanent full time experienced and qualified automotive mechanic to join a well established family owned business on the Sunshine Coast. We are keen to hear from mechanics that have at least 3 years experience and are looking to join a family friendly, flexible, yet hardworking environment that prides themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and providing exceptional customer service. 

  • Requires 3+ years experience as an automotive mechanic
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship 
  • Salary guide: $35 per hour

A normal day 

  • You will be responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of a range of used and new vehicles, along with business and fleet work. 
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues on vehicles.
  • This includes performing essential services such as timing belt replacements, brake and clutch services.
  • Providing the highest level of care and detail on all vehicles.
  • Working in a team environment.

Your next employer is a well established family owned mechanic and repairs business which has been servicing the Buderim community for the past 30 years. They have recently acquired another workshop in Kunda Park and are growing at a healthy pace. They also pride themselves on having a very low staff turnover, being family friendly and flexible but also expect hard, honest work in return. 

You'll need

  • 3+ years experience as a vehicle mechanic
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Cert III Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle) or equivalent.
  • A current and valid Australian Driver's License
