Job description We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Geotech Lead Engineer / Geotechnical Manager to join our client’s team in Melbourne.

As the Geotechnical Manager they will play a pivotal role in the engineering team. They will be designing and delivering complex geotechnical projects on site, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage geotechnical projects from conception through to completion.
• Conduct detailed geotechnical analysis and assessments.
• Design and implement geotechnical solutions for various projects.
• Oversee and deliver geotechnical works on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Manage a team of two engineers with the plan to grow the team further.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
