• Lead and oversee geotechnical projects from start to finish
• Conduct thorough geotechnical analysis and assessments
• Develop and apply geotechnical solutions for diverse projects
• Supervise and execute geotechnical tasks onsite, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met
• Manage a team of engineers and plan for team expansion
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare and review technical reports and documentation
